Even smaller costs should be considered. If you are selling a property you will have to pay an estate agent and this can be expensive and so you should compare the costs of different companies. You will also need to use a removal company and these can vary in their cost as well as the service that they provide as you can just hire a van or get a company to pack, transport and unpack everything for you.
When you move in, you will find that you have to buy extra things. This may be anything from curtains and lamps to paint and carpets. You may even need new appliances or furniture. It is therefore wise, to keep some money spare to cover these costs, if you can. At least be prepared for the fact that moving house might be more expensive than you imagined and try to budget for it as best you can.
